My name is Jeremy and I was a landlord who refused to give a security deposit.I blamed on it on him oweing me money, but in reality I had already spent it. After he threatened to take me to court over it I finally responded to one of his 100's of phone calls and inquiries.

He even said he would settle for getting some of it back, I guess he was just desperate to get any of it so I told him thats fine. I kept giving him the run around until one day he tracked me down and forced me to give him what money I had on me. It wasnt even half of what I owed, but he took all my money. What a jerk right. I owed him money ya, but he could have left me with a few dollars. Youd think hed be understanding after I only dicked him around for 3 months.

Oh ya the reason for my excuse was because I hooked up a hot tub and other electronics and tried to get him to pay for the electric to run it. Im a cheap bastard who even tried to charge him for a battery that I got for free and didnt even work. He wasnt falling it for though, at least I tried to scam him one more time.
